As we come to the end of the second quarter, now is an excellent time for reflection and analysis. The last few months have been full of new experiences, difficulties, and possibilities for development. We get the opportunity to come to an end, reflect, and assess our learning and development during this reflection. It's a moment to recognise our successes, reflect on our areas of growth, and make plans for the next quarter. Come along on this reflective journey with me as we explore the things we've learned, the challenges we've overcome, and the goals we still have.
The topic of this quarter's ICT class was HTML tags and their significance for web structure. I learned a lot about website building and its purpose as a high school student. I am aware of how crucial it is to write clean, organised HTML code that adheres to best practices, consistent naming standards, and appropriate indentation. Website structure and elements such as headings, paragraphs, graphics, and links are established using HTML tags. The tag name, start, and end tags, each serving a distinct function, are encased in angle brackets. Every tag specifies how content is presented on a website.

HTML tags define and structure content, organise data, generate headings, format text, insert images and videos, and include interactive elements; they are essential to web development. They help search engines, provide screen readers for people who are blind or visually impaired, and make webpages more accessible, searchable, and user-friendly. They also make it easier for developers to style and modify different parts of the page.
The difficulties I faced were related to HTML, as we have to commit all of the correct coding and tags to remember. Nevertheless, I now understand the basic ideas underlying HTML tags better. I've been able to complete my work, and I can tell that I've made a lot of progress. I've realised that I can use tags in the future after working with them more.
Creating new goals like better time management, more active involvement in class, and searching out new learning opportunities, and being committed in improving and building accomplishments in the future quarter. I now have a solid understanding of HTML, including its many tags and elements, and I know more about the range of uses for which they are used.
